The Elysian Reiki Journey is a divinely inspired fusion of healing modalities that will gently allow that which stands between you and your peace dissolve. The word Elysian means “Beautiful & creative. Divinely inspired; peaceful & perfect”.

I’ve been dreaming and weaving Elysian into being now for some time. Imaging a healing journey that is not passively received but actively participated in. Intuitively blending the healing modalities, aromatherapy, mindfulness, relaxation and reiki with a huge dose of compassion and care.

This is a heart centred reiki journey to slowly and gently allow you to descend from your busy mind to rest in your heart space. Let me hold a space for you to experience stillness, deep rest, and perfect peace.

Once this point of stillness is reached, space is created for more beauty, creativity, divine inspiration, love and compassion.

On a physical level, accessing this state of deep rest, will regulate your nervous system bringing all the benefits of lowered stress hormones including better sleep, digestion, lowering blood pressure, balancing hormones and a calmer mood.
